Under rapid and continual expansion, the team is now looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to guide their sales team.
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will oversee the relationship of the company with its most important customers. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. You will have to conduct product training with staff of those POS to ensure the correct messages are conveyed to consumers. You will constantly monitor the market situation; identify potential business opportunities and analyze sales options. You will regularly the performance metrics and take actions to sustain sales. You will also arrange marketing events such as pet shows and pet own seminars.
5 year of channel sales experience or general trade sales experience in FMCG/ health/ beauty industry
Self-motivated and goals-driven
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
