As a Assistant Sales Manager, you will formulate and implement effective sales strategy consistent with the objectives of the brand position and strategy across General Trade channel segments for the assigned products. You will also lead a team over 10 subordinates for all sales activities and promotions. You will also develop relationships with key customers and relevant trade partners and loyalty to the brands and the organisation through customer management.
A degree holder with 8 years or more on Sales or Key Account management experience with General Trade channel exposure, preferably FMCG products.
Strong negotiation & presentation skills. Self-motivate & good interpersonal skills.
Competent in spoken & written English and Chinese.
