As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunity to meet company budget and development goals. You will need to acquire new clients, build and maintain excellent business relationship with assigned key accounts. You are required to identify upselling possibilities to the existing customers. You will need to liaise with cross functional department in order to enhance customer satisfaction. Also, preparing sales analysis and conducting reports for management is one of your routine.
Degree educated, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business
3 years or above key account management experience
Experience of a customer facing role and self-driven with the ability to work alone
Strong customer service skills to support and retain the key customer, providing exceptional, bespoke solutions
Ability to sell and negotiate with closing and follow-up skills
Capable of building and maintain strong relationships
