Establish long-term business relationships with certain key accounts among HORECA & Retail Channel.
A solid and trusting relationship with internal key stakeholders across the account.
Work alongside them to plan and implement sales strategies for products in order to reach the sales target for the company.
Forecasting and monitoring the sales with the purpose of developing business plans in modern trades
Keep track of the activities of the competitors to improve market intelligence and to make strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
Review and evaluate the results.
Degree educated in any discipline
At least 10 years of key account management with supervisory experience in Food Industry
Strong Modern Trade & Food Services experience
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
