Job Descriptions

  • Establish long-term business relationships with certain key accounts among HORECA & Retail Channel.

  • A solid and trusting relationship with internal key stakeholders across the account.

  • Work alongside them to plan and implement sales strategies for products in order to reach the sales target for the company.

  • Forecasting and monitoring the sales with the purpose of developing  business plans in modern trades

  • Keep track of the activities of the competitors to improve market intelligence and to make strategic plans for achieving sales targets.

  • Review and evaluate the results.

Requirement

  • Degree educated in any discipline

  • At least 10 years of key account management with supervisory experience in Food Industry

  • Strong Modern Trade & Food Services experience

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
