Job Description

  • Lead making strategic decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies and procedures

  • Lead efforts in developing and improving fund administration workflows, applying best practices and process efficiencies

  • Participate in fund operations related projects, such as system deployment and enhancement of policies & procedures

  • Pinch, interface directly with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience

  • Preparation and review of hedge fund and private equity fund valuations, including portfolio valuation, fee computation, various accruals, and income allocations

  • Prepare and review external client and regulatory reporting

  • Reviewing day-to-day fund accounting; NAV calculation

  • Monitors and reviews preliminary and final trial balances and net asset value for funds completed by Fund Accounting staff as needed


  • Degree/Master’s Degree educated in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, CPA preferred

  • 7 years of above in-house Fund Accounting experience with Big-4 audit firm backgroud

  • Hands on experience in handling NAV caculation

  • Knowleadge in PFS-Paxus is a plus

  • Excellent organization, business sense and problem-solving skills

  • Good understanding of asset management theory, fund administration

  • Strong Analytical in problem solving, able to make recommendations;

  • A positive team leader with excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) is required
