Job Descriptions

  • Develop plans to achieve the business objectives for the brand business

  • Conduct market research, analyse market trend & competitor activities for strategies development

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotion programs

  • Develop and execute long- and short-term strategic marketing plan to unlock potential growth in building brand equity and channel growth

  • Maintain positive and healthy relationships with external business partners, regular visit to market is required

  • Provide analysis and insights on competitor trends, brand awareness and consumer feedback for senior management's review

Job Requirements

  • University’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred

  • At least 5 years’ marketing experience in FMCG industry is highly preferred

  • A team leader with open-minded mindset

  • Creative, self-motivated, excellent presentation skills

  • Able to work Independently and under pressure

  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
