Job Description

  • Develop a new CRM platform

  • Devise the strategic loyalty marketing plans and exploring potential business partners for joint CRM and marketing campaign.

  • Drive the brand development through database, customer life-cycle; acquisition and retention member program.

  • Work with marketing and IT departments in executing the CRM campaigns.

  • Review and analyze media and data to get insights and improve on ROI.

Requirement

  • Degree holder in marketing, Statistics and Quantitative Analysis

  • 7 years or above work experience of data analysis and CRM analysis, experience gained in in-house position for FMCG is highly preferred

  • Good command of English and communication level of Mandarin
