As a Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the profit and loss explore opportunities of the brand. You will have to lead and manage the brand positioning, strategic business development of the business in Hong Kong, and be responsible for the merchandising and products development. You will take the lead to identify new products trend to extend market coverage. You will manage the forecast process for all category's performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals and P&L. You will plan and implement ATL & BTL marketing strategies in order to expand customers’ pool and keep their loyalty.
Degree holder, Master educated is an asset
15 years or above sales, marketing, operation and merchandising experience plus supervision experiences from retail/ FMCG industry
Good communication in spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skill Experience in people management is a plus
Result oriented and determined
