Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will lead a sales team and be responsible for formulate sales strategies and execute them effectively. You will take full profit and loss accountability for the markets and deliver profit objectives. Achieve your sales target, nonetheless providing an excellent account servicing experience and marketing support for company’s long term business partners. You will utilize your product knowledge and negotiation skill to identify new business opportunity and liaise with wholesalers and distributors. You will also conduct competitors’ analysis, forecast the sales and monitor the stock level. You will expect to achieve sales targets for profitable sales volume.   • Degree educated, MBA educated is definitely an asset

  • 15 years of sales experience in related area, plus 8 years of sales management experience

  • Excellent leadership and organization skill, a good team player with internal and external parties

  • Detail-minded, strong analytical skill, sensitive to market trend

  • Self-motivated, willing to take on more responsibility and challenging
