As the Assistant HR Manager, you will be the advisor to provide business partnering function on manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent management, HR costing and budgeting, staff remuneration, organization development as well as staff relation etc. You will involve in the various HR services based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments and maintain productive, passionate and cooperative company culture across the business.
Degree educated in Human Resources or relevant discipline
5 years of above relevant work experience
Good communication in both English and Cantonese and Mandarin
Self-motivated, independent, responsible, driven, outgoing
Familiar with different computer functions such as MS Excel and Word
