Job Description
As an Assistant Customers Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer services are delivered. You will be also responsible for leading and developing the customer service team including providing coaching, training and support for subordinates. You will need to identify the best solutions to solve the enquiries and difficulties of customers. Also, you may need to provide support for any ad-hoc projects.

Requirement

  • Diploma educated

  • 4 years or above experiences in customer services with managing and supervising experiences

  • Excellent communication skills with friendly and cheerful personality

  • Good communication in spoken and written English and Chinese
