As an Account Manager, you will manage existing client relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external associates to ensure that clients needs and expectations are fulfilled. You will need to build strong relationships to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and retention. You will also need to identify growth opportunities and/or potential account issues.
4 years or above sales experience in food service sector
Strong business connection with Hotels and Luxury Restaurants
Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
