As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the business development of those assigned accounts including the revenue, gross margin and volume. You will work closely with your teammates worldwide in order to build and maintain a close and professional business relationship with clients. You need to provide and implement supply chain solutions together with SOPs for assigned key clients. You are going to organize, lead, review KPI/QBR and keep monitoring the account receivable.
5 years or above of freight forwarding experience, familiar with supply chain solutions
Account management experience for penetrating existing clients
Good analytical mindset and a good team player
Proficient in MS Office & general internet skills
