As a Sales and Operation Manager, you will be responsible for formulate business strategies and execute them effectively by leading your team. P&L accountability for the markets and deliver profit objectives will be at your responsibility. By acting as a strong communication bridge between COO and other functional team heads (sales team, marketing team, production team, logistics team and operation team), you will be at the heart of the initiatives of new business direction. By achieving your company objectives, it is also essential to provide an excellent account servicing experience and marketing support for company’s long term business partners. You will utilize your product knowledge and negotiation skill to identify new business opportunities and liaise with clients and vendors. One of your task will also be to conduct competitors’ analysis, forecast the sales and monitor the stock level. Of course, you are expected to achieve sales targets for profitable sales volume.
Degree educated, MBA educated is definitely an asset
15 years of sales and marketing experience in related area, plus 8 years of general management experience
Excellent leadership and organization skill, a good team player with internal and external parties
Detail-minded, strong analytical skill, sensitive to market trend
Self-motivated, willing to take on more responsibility and challenging
