Job Responsibilities

• Manage IT Department and manage team members for efficient IT service delivery.

• Lead IT operations planning, infrastructure planning, technical support and hardware/software evaluation.

• Develop and keep current system up to date.

• Manage IT operation, policies & procedures, security, system & network.

• Oversee store level and by POS and ERP system.

• Lead APAC store opening project and setup whole infrastructure and varieties of store level and back of house application.

• Manage budget of IT department.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic AX is a must

• University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline

• At least 6 years' experience in retail sector ERP Experience

• Strong knowledge in infrastructure design, firewalls, and retail application support

• Management skills, communication skills across departments
