As a Business Development Manager, you would be practicing sales pipeline management through managing the client and internal support in an efficient and effective manner. To ensure that sales and revenue targets are fulfilled, you are expected to perform reactivation and cross-selling within your clients’ organisations. Moreover, establishing new accounts and achieving business development objectives are also part of your responsibilities. Nonetheless, you should be taking your initiatives to provide business plans and execute them on annual and quarterly opportunities priorities.
8 years or above of consultative B2B sales experience
Familiar with the work culture in international corporations
Experienced in consultative selling and conducting strategic sales plan
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
Good team member and able to work independently
