As a Product Manager, you will lead a team of formulate and develop new product idea generation, marketing strategies and communication plans of the assigned categories. You will identify and implement trackable strategic planning, maximize the business growth of assigned product groups. You will anticipate customer demand on products as well as to manage inventory profile and mix, inventory turns and on-time customer delivery. Last but not least, you will also need to analyze the market trend, pricing, and the product revenue, in charge of the P&L of each segment as well as the sales forecast. Working closely with the Procurement team to source new products.
8 years or above of relevant work experience
Good in numerical sense, Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and ability to process and analyze data
Product exposures from beauty and cosmetics categories
Strong at strategic planning with strong management skill
