Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the smooth day-to-day operation of the Concierge counter, so as to deliver professional customer services to the shoppers, tenants and public;

  • Provide warm greetings and helpful services to shoppers;

  • Work closely with the Management Office and Marketing Department to ensure smooth daily operations and in mall promotional programs;

  • Deal with enquiries and requests, complaints, support marketing activities and continue to strengthen relationship with tenants and shoppers;

  • Constantly strive for excellence and collect ideas from shoppers and staff to provide better services to the guests, improvement on the various operations and make recommendations to  the Superior.

Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above;

  • At least 3 years customer service experience on frontline customer interaction, flight service, shopping mall or hotel concierge will be an advantage;

  • Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);

  • Attentive to details and a good team player;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Patience, good manner, cheerful and service oriented;

  • Willing to work on shift;

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
