About Our Client
Our client is one of the well-known companies in customers loyalty and engagement over 30years. With strong and powerful consumer database, they are expanding their CRM team with new headcounts. The company is looking for a passionate and energetic Candidate to join them.
Manage and support day to day activities on loyalty program’s set up and operations for earning and redemption.
Ongoing relationship management with the loyalty program’s client and partner.
Drive the brand development through database, customer life cycle, acquisition, and retention member program.
Coordinate with IT team , support research and analysis of market trend
Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline
4 years or above relevant working experience, candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior Account Executive
Detail-minded and self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
