Job Description

  • Set the strategic direction and ensure sustained delivery of all KPI of Retail Key Account customers.

  • Successfully execute and role-model best in class Joint Business Planning Strategies, towards the Hong Kong Demand team.

  • Support the e-commerce strategy for the HK Demand Team; leading the planning, selling and execution (in partnership with sales associates) across all customers

  • Develop and champion the account selling story within the category, converting inactive accounts and accelerating growth of existing

  • Provide product training to staffs on product knowledge in order to ensure the correct message delivered in field.

Requirement

  • Business education background is preferable

  • At least eight years relevant experience (including Key Account experience)

  • Experience of managing and developing a team is an asset

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Proficient in Mandarin)

  • Good use of MS office software.
