Set the strategic direction and ensure sustained delivery of all KPI of Retail Key Account customers.
Successfully execute and role-model best in class Joint Business Planning Strategies, towards the Hong Kong Demand team.
Support the e-commerce strategy for the HK Demand Team; leading the planning, selling and execution (in partnership with sales associates) across all customers
Develop and champion the account selling story within the category, converting inactive accounts and accelerating growth of existing
Provide product training to staffs on product knowledge in order to ensure the correct message delivered in field.
Business education background is preferable
At least eight years relevant experience (including Key Account experience)
Experience of managing and developing a team is an asset
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Proficient in Mandarin)
Good use of MS office software.
