Performs all spectrum of recruiting high caliber qualified employees for achieving the manpower planning of the corporate.
Act as business partner for responsible functions from daily HR operations to provision of professional HR advices for alignment of business objectives with staff and management.
Prepare material and statistical data for management reports and meetings and support in review of HR recruitment strategy and procedures.
Act as the key player for employees training and development.
Degree educated in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
6+ years experience in in-house HR position (TA focused) / recruitment agency.
Well versed in HR-related Ordinances.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer.
