As an Account Manager, you will be managing multiple clients and projects for the overall development and coordinate delivery. You are going to act as the principle point of contact with clients for developing requirements / briefs, briefing and supervising the delivery departments, and overall delivery coordination to meet schedule, quality and budget. You will explore to provide additional/ value added insight to clients based on business focused interpretation and observations. Meanwhile, you will be supporting business development initiatives with new and existing clients to develop business opportunity.
Degree holder (Preferably in Marketing / Statistics related disciplines)
2-4 years relevant working experience.
A track record of campaign management in Retail, Shopper, FMCG, Research Agency is a plus
Able to spot business development opportunities both within client business and new business and help to scope the data opportunities for the Client Services and Business Development team.
Excellent attention to detail and good understanding of database marketing techniques, analytical skills, data interrogation expertise, Excel, SQL, knowledge of CRM techniques.
