Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will take responsibility as the daily contact point for the core clients in both a strategic and delivery based perspective. You are required to supervise daily routine and on-going projects to ensure a timely and quality delivery. You will be delivering marketing campaigns / CRM / loyalty programme initiatives for clients. Meanwhile, you will be developing and nurturing new business opportunities with clients and Managing P&L. 


  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Business related disciplines

  • 4 years or above relevant experience within an agency, experience in Hotel or Travel industry or FMCG preferred

  • With digital marketing background and understanding of marketing automation tools is an advantage

  • Experience in CRM and managing a team will be an added advantage

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Well organized and have excellent attention to detail

  • Energetic, proactive, passionate and confident personality

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken


  • 15 to 18 days Annual Leave
