As the Senior Business Development Manager, you aim to formulate effective business development strategies to drive the usage of the hospitality products and services. You are also a key member in develop and improve the products and services to drive both B2B and B2C market. As a lead of developing and implementing B2B networking platforms, you need to work with team in different regions and countries for strengthening the company positioning. You also need to develop and manage the local and overseas promotion activities for both leisure and business options for the clients and visitors and arise their interest to the company
Degree in marketing, statistics or related disciplines
Over 15 years’ experience in sales/ marketing in travel or tourism related industries
Proven track record in developing business development and marketing programs, strategic decision making and project management.
Strong strategic mindset and business acumen with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
