Career Seminar for Master students in Hong Kong Baptist University

On the 17th September, 2019, Mclaren Consultancy held a Career Seminar in Hong Kong Baptist University with around 50 Master Students participated.
Our consultant, Mr. Jason Fung has shared with the participants on the current and future trend of Hong Kong career market.
During the seminar, there are 2 major points to be brought out:
1 - Hong Kong is still a healthy economy with on-going demand in high calibre talents, which shifts the dynamics of labour market from employer-driven to talent-driven. This means high-calibre talents would have certain options.
2 - No matter what, follow your heart, not footsteps. Walk the path that you choose, not the one being told.
