Job Description

​

As an Air Freight Operation Manager, you will lead the air export and customer services teams, and supervise staff on daily operations. You will manage all compliance airlines block space agreement and deal with co-loader shipment. You will develop strategies and execute the annual business plans. You will formulate pricing models to cope with potential changes. You will assist the sales team to secure new business opportunities by understanding clients’ needs and offering them with appropriate solutions. Finally, you will strive to provide our clients with exceptional expertise to build critical competitive advantage in helping them to succeed in today’s challenging business environment.

 

Requirement

​​

•         Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in export operation in freight forwarding industry

•         At least 3 years of experience in managerial or supervisory level

•         Good relationship with Airlines and co-leaders

•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

•         Ability to handle and consolidate full set documents and plans

•         Proficient in PC skills
