Our Client, a global leader in the Manufacturing industry is now looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager/ Director to join their dynamic team and lead their B2B sales efforts across new Business Development and Cross-Selling.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis on the business environment with a view to establish the strategic mission and goals for the Group.

  • Lead generation: Identify qualified approach to new business in target markets, addressing qualified target customers with primary focus on value added.

  • Focus on U.S and China growth and support Regional clients' global inquiries by cooperating with global colleagues.

  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the Regional teams on market & industry developments and competitors’ developments.

  • Identify, analyze and compare alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies and present feasibility plans to the Head of Global Business Development.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales is preferred.

  • Must be fluent in CANTONESE, ENGLISH, AND MANDARIN.

  • International experiences with a Growth mindset.

  • Be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple parties, and thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.

  • Willing to travel. Working Location: US 50% and PRC 50%
