Our Client, a global leader in the Manufacturing industry is now looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager/ Director to join their dynamic team and lead their B2B sales efforts across new Business Development and Cross-Selling.
Conduct market analysis on the business environment with a view to establish the strategic mission and goals for the Group.
Lead generation: Identify qualified approach to new business in target markets, addressing qualified target customers with primary focus on value added.
Focus on U.S and China growth and support Regional clients' global inquiries by cooperating with global colleagues.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to the Regional teams on market & industry developments and competitors’ developments.
Identify, analyze and compare alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies and present feasibility plans to the Head of Global Business Development.
4+ years’ experience in B2B sales is preferred.
Must be fluent in CANTONESE, ENGLISH, AND MANDARIN.
International experiences with a Growth mindset.
Be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple parties, and thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.
Willing to travel. Working Location: US 50% and PRC 50%
