As a Business Manager, you will report to General Manager be responsible for formulate business strategies and execute them effectively by leading teams of Sales, Marketing and Operation. You will take full profit and loss accountability for the markets and deliver profit objectives. Achieve your sales target, nonetheless providing an excellent account servicing experience and marketing support for company’s long term business partners. You will utilize your product knowledge and negotiation skills to identify new business opportunities and liaise with wholesalers and distributors. You will also conduct competitors’ analysis, forecast the sales and monitor the stock level. You will expect to achieve sales targets for profitable sales volume. This is a high level managerial level position, you might have to motivate and inspire your team to improve their performance.
Degree educated, MBA educated is definitely an asset
15 years of key account and trade marketing experience, plus 5 years of management experience, from FMCG industry or Food and Beverage industry
Excellent leadership and organization skill, a good team player with internal and external parties
Detail-minded, strong analytical skill, sensitive to market trend
Self-motivated, willing to take on more responsibility and challenging
