Our Client, a leading MNC in the loyalty program industry known for its energetic and fun office enviroment is currently seeking like-minded talents to join their family as Customer Service Officer.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will :
Be the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional assistance and personalized solutions via phone, email, and chat.
Build strong relationships with members by understanding their needs and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with membership registration, renewal, and account management processes and offer guidance on product features, benefits, and promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure prompt resolution of member inquiries and escalations.
Maintain accurate member records and documentation is also a key responsibility.
Fluency in Japanese at the N1 level is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work a 5-day workweek, including weekends and public holidays as required.
