As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will embark on a dynamic journey, taking on the following responsibilities:

  • Perform the order-processing in ERP System.

  • Responsible for following up the customer orders.

  • Collborate with both domeestic and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Provide support to the Sales team, elevating their daily sales activities.

  • Skillfully prepare essential shipping documents.

  • Embrace exciting ad hoc projects as they arise, showcasing your versatility.

To thrive in this role, candidates shall:

  • Hold a degree or higher.

  • Ideally, have 1-2 years of experience in order processing, giving you a competitive edge.

  • Exhibit a profound sense of responsibility with exceptional communication skills.

  • Showcase your ability to work autonomously, driven by self-motivation and an unwavering attention to detail.

  • Display proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Possess excellent command of both English and Chinese languages, excelling in both spoken English and Mandarin.
