Are you ready to embark on an extraordinary career journey? Our Client, a dynamic Culture and Entertainment Company, is actively seeking a talented Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to join their team and support their business growth.



As a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the success of the Company's President. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking charge of all clerical tasks for the president, such as managing correspondence in both Chinese and English, organizing meetings, and crafting impactful group announcements, business reports, and event speeches.

  • Assisting in the creation of compelling presentation materials that captivate and engage diverse audiences.

  • Proactively following up and meticulously reviewing the progress of each department within commercial projects on a weekly basis. You will have the opportunity to provide valuable insights and suggestions directly to the president to drive success.

  • Showcasing your exceptional planning and coordination skills by arranging domestic and international business trips, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.

  • Embracing your creative side as you organize and manage the president's activities, including venue bookings, assisting with decorations, and coordinating with guests.

  • Excelling in multitasking as you handle the President's daily personal affairs with utmost care and discretion.

  • Becoming a key representative of the Company at social events and skillfully coordinating internal and external public relations. You will have the chance to maintain strong relationships with valued customers.

  • Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel when required to support the Company's operations.


To thrive in this captivating role, our ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or above in fields such as acting, broadcasting, journalism, secretarial studies, or business administration. Overseas study experience is highly valued, as it brings a global perspective to the team.

  • Showcase exceptional Chinese writing ability, allowing you to effectively communicate and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Ideally, have at least one year of relevant work experience, with experience in the cultural tourism industry considered a significant advantage. However, fresh graduates and applicants with an IANG Visa are warmly welcomed to apply.

  • Fluent command of Mandarin, English, and Cantonese languages is essential to excel in this role. Your linguistic skills will enable seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Possess a unique blend of independence, responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit. You can work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

  • 处理总裁所有文书工作,包括中英文信函及电邮回复及跟进、安排会议、草拟集团通告、撰写商业项目报告、撰写活动演词等。

  • 准备会议议程,协调会议参与者(内部和外部),并根据需要管理会议提醒及会议记录。

  • 协助准备演示材料。

  • 每周主动跟进及检视于商业项目各部门的进度,井及时向总裁提出汇报及建议。

  • 计划、安排及协调国内及国外商务行程。

  • 总裁活动筹办,包括但不限于预订场地、协助布置、联络嘉宾等。

  • 处理总裁日常个人事务。

  • 随同出席应酬活动;负责对内及对外公关协调工作,维护与客户的联系。

  • 需要时能出差。


Requirements

  • 本科及以上学历,表演、播音主持、新闻、文秘、工商管理等相关专业,有国外留学经验优先。

  • 有较强的中文写作能力。

  • 一年或以上相关工作经验;具有文化旅游工作经验优先。

  • 欢迎应届毕业生;持有IANG签证者优先。

  • 能流利使用普通话、英语、粤语进行工作和交流。

  • 能够独立工作,有责任心,注重细节,有团队精神。

  • 有礼,开朗及主动,有动力;需具备表达个人意见能力。

  • 具良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

  • 有高度的诚信、专业、成长的意愿,能够在快节奏的环境中工作。

  • 精通电脑MS Office,包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint及拼音输入法。
