As an ICT Solution Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in capturing customer requirements through effective communication, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. Leveraging your expertise in networking, ICT integration, and cloud solutions, you will design comprehensive ICT solutions that meet customer requirements while utilizing the company's internal product and operational capabilities. Collaborating with internal departments, you will ensure a seamless implementation process and provide ongoing support. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing price and cost calculations for customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their requirements through effective communication, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

• Prepare detailed ICT solution designs that effectively address customer requirements, utilizing internal product and operational capabilities.

• Configure and support proof-of-concept platforms to showcase the feasibility and benefits of the solutions to customers.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to design comprehensive solutions and ensure smooth implementation.

• Prepare accurate price and cost calculations for customized solutions, considering factors such as SDWAN, CPE networking products, Internet, IPVPN, Cloud, IDC, and IPLC.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of work experience in networking, ICT integration, and cloud solutions.

• Strong knowledge and experience in SDWAN, CPE networking products, Internet, IPVPN, Cloud, IDC, and IPLC.

• Professional qualifications such as Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft, Linux, or other relevant certifications would be advantageous.
