Job Responsibilities

  • Provide IT technical support, such as helpdesk      service, account administrator, data backup and systems health check.

  • Coordinate with vendors on software/ hardware      sourcing and purchasing, IT procurement and contract renewal;

  • Assist in-house systems testing, documentation      and maintenance;

  • Assist the implementation of new IT      infrastructure projects;

  • Conduct end-user training and material      preparation;

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Degree holder in IT related      disciplines;

  • Timely respond and handle urgent business      requests/ ad-hoc support during normal and non-office hours if required;

  • Ability to think logically in order to work      through problems to determine the cause and resolution;

  • Minimum 3 years solid IT related experience is      preferred;

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands on      experience of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 with focus      on Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Endpoint Security,      Veeam, SAN, virtualization technology including VMWare & Hyper-V;

  • Experience in Power BI is an advantage;

  • Practical experience on Routing, Switching, Audio      and Video equipment;

  • Flexible with a “Can-do” attitude;

  • Good communication in English and Chinese;

  • Willingness to perform occasional non-office hour      support;

  • Candidates with more experience will be      considered as Assistant IT Manager
