Our client is a global logistics and supply chain management provider with good reputation. Their services including: logistics services, supply chain management and industry solution. It serves more than 300 client companies which are distributed globally. With their honesty and integrity working culture, they succeed to deliver on most complex logistics and freight forwarding needs. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager with freight forwarding experience.

 

Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the business development of those assigned accounts including the revenue, gross margin and volume. You will work closely with your teammates worldwide in order to build and maintain a close and professional business relationship with clients. You need to provide and implement supply chain solutions together with SOPs for assigned key clients. You are going to organize, lead, review KPI/QBR and keep monitoring the account receivable.

 

Requirement:

• Degree educated

• 5 years or above of freight forwarding experience, familiar with supply chain solutions

• Account management experience for penetrating existing clients

• Good analytical mindset and a good team player

• Proficient in MS Office & general internet skills
