Job Description
Maintain office operation between different departments
Provide full range of administrative support including data entry, office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance, insurance/ license renewal, fixing asset management
Report to HR Manager and provide general HR support such as screening CVs, interview arrangement and on/off boarding
Requirement
5 years or above working experience
Strong communication and presentation skills, willing to multi-tasks
Proficiency in computer skills (MS word , Outlook, Excel)
