Job Description

  • Support the smooth operations of sales

  • Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner

  • Execute full range of administrative support including data entry, office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance

  • Utilize your customer services experience, resolve clients’ ongoing account issues such as change requests and invoicing questions.

Requirement

  • Diploma educated

  • 4 years or above working experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, willing to multi-tasks

  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS word , Outlook, Excel)
