Job Description
Support the smooth operations of sales
Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
Execute full range of administrative support including data entry, office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance
Utilize your customer services experience, resolve clients’ ongoing account issues such as change requests and invoicing questions.
Requirement
Diploma educated
4 years or above working experience
Strong communication and presentation skills, willing to multi-tasks
Proficiency in computer skills (MS word , Outlook, Excel)
