JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage logistics workflows, including shipment planning & execution, import/export procedures & documentation, warehousing and inventory control management, budgeting, cost control & improvement, and benchmarking

  • Manage and liaise with 3PLs (incl. KPI tracking) as well as internal departments for logistics and shipment matters

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure order fulfilment through effective production & logistics planning, sales & purchase order creation, invoicing, import/export handling, shipment execution including documentations, customs clearance and duty administration as well as after sales activities.

  • Flow-to-work management and support your team with flexibility to ensure the key business projects and orders across the regions are delivered in an efficient and qualitative manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising or related disciplines is preferable

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in logistics sector, covering shipment planning & execution, as well as hands-on 3PL management is preferred

  • With small team management experience in supervisory role

  • Experience in shipment with 1. Various different Incoterm 2. Sea, Truck & Air shipment 3. Import / Export handling 4. DG products handling

  •  Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST

  • Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • A good team player, pro-active and with a mature mindset, outgoing and self-motivated

  • Positive, confident and a quick thinker who looks at the bigger picture

  • Candidates with more leadership experience would be considered as Manager

  • Short notice / Immediate available is preferred
