Job Description

  • Manage and support day to day activities on loyalty program’s set up and operations for earning and redemption.

  • Ongoing relationship management with the loyalty program’s client and partner.

  • Drive the brand development through database, customer life cycle, acquisition, and retention member program.

  • Coordinate with IT team , support research and analysis of market trend

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline

  • 8 years or above relevant working experience, candidate with less experience will be consider as Account Manager

  • Detail-minded and self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
