Job Description

  • Meet with client to obtain a detailed brief and understanding of requirements

  • Communicate closely with internal teams on conference details

  • Arrange hotel accommodation for guests

  • Seek opportunities for improvement and ensure all members of the team are communicated

  • Offer secretarial services to certain pharmaceutical societies

  • Manage client communications and expectations, handle enquires form client

  • Provision of regular status report to client, including delegate registration


  • Degree educated

  • Minimum 3 or more years of relevant conference management experience, pharmaceutical event background is an advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in project management

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
