Job Description
50% Personal Affairs and 50% Business Affairs
Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support in both business and personal affairs, manage travel arrangement such as flight ticket booking, accommodation and visa application
Manage Chairman's expenses and verify the invoices with the bank
Organize and manage appointments, arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings as well as social events
Handle daily agenda and meeting materials and support in ad-hoc projects, company events, general office administration and management
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
2 -10 years of relevant working experience
Good telephone manner, and able to handle multiple tasks
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proactive, pleasant, well-organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in PC Skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
