Job Description

  • 50% Personal Affairs and 50% Business Affairs

  • Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support in both business and personal affairs, manage travel arrangement such as flight ticket booking, accommodation and visa application

  • Manage Chairman's expenses and verify the invoices with the bank

  • Organize and manage appointments, arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings as well as social events

  • Handle daily agenda and meeting materials and support in ad-hoc projects, company events, general office administration and management


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • 2 -10 years of relevant working experience

  • Good telephone manner, and able to handle multiple tasks

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proactive, pleasant, well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Proficient in PC Skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
