They have an aggressive plan in developing further opportunities in Mainland China recently, so they are now inviting a personal assistant to chairman and achieve the group’s long-term business plan.

Job Description
As a Personal Assistant, you will be provide all-round secretarial and administrative support in both business and personal affairs, manage travel arrangement such as flight ticket booking, accommodation and visa application. You will manage Chairman's expenses and verify the invoices with the bank. More importantly, organize and manage appointments, arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings as well as social events. Handle daily agenda and meeting materials and support in ad-hoc projects, company events, general office administration and management.


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines with 3 years relevant working experience

  • Good telephone manner, and able to handle multiple tasks

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proactive, pleasant, well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Proficient in PC Skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word

  • Processing

  • Good command in written and spoken

  • English, Chinese and Mandarin
