What you will do:

• Find top Talents via searching, job adds posting, sourcing, screening, networking and lead generation

• Make hiring recommendations to ensure successful placement of your Candidates

• Develop New Businesses by identifying new opportunities and key clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing Clients and Candidates

• Perform other ad hoc duties

Who you are:

• Proven track record of success in a customer-facing/ sales role, preferably within hospitality (2+ years of experience)

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. 

• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals quickly and effectively. 

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and eager to learn new things. 

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Additional languages, always a plus!
