Our Client, a leading provider of industrial materials and equipment is now expanding its team and is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join them as Assistant Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer. 




Responsibilities



  • Focus on compensation and benefits (C&B) administration, including payroll calculation, commission and performance bonus management, pension and insurance, taxation filing. 

  • Assist in reviewing and implementing C&B projects such as annual salary reviews, reward benchmarking, insurance renewals, and annual budgeting. 

  • Support HR initiatives to revamp policies and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including advertising job vacancies.

  • Preparing HR analysis reports. 

  • Assist in developing and implementing staff engagement activities. 

  • Perform assigned ad-hoc duties. 




Requirements


  • Degree in HR, Business Management, or any related discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experiences in payroll management and employee benefits administration.

  • Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and practical expertise in using HRIS.

  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.

  • Learning agile mindset, strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing. 

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
