Our Client, a leading provider of industrial materials and equipment is now expanding its team and is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join them as Assistant Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer.
Responsibilities:
Focus on compensation and benefits (C&B) administration, including payroll calculation, commission and performance bonus management, pension and insurance, taxation filing.
Assist in reviewing and implementing C&B projects such as annual salary reviews, reward benchmarking, insurance renewals, and annual budgeting.
Support HR initiatives to revamp policies and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage the recruitment and selection process including advertising job vacancies.
Preparing HR analysis reports.
Assist in developing and implementing staff engagement activities.
Perform assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Degree in HR, Business Management, or any related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experiences in payroll management and employee benefits administration.
Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and practical expertise in using HRIS.
Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
Learning agile mindset, strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
