Responsbilities: 

• Maintain and repair advanced energy-based devices, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. 

• Provide hands-on technical support in clinics, hospitals, and medical aesthetics centers, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring our Client's technologies operate flawlessly.

• Contribute to service contract renewals by consistenly exceeding customer expectations and showcasing the value of the Company's devices. 

• Collaborate with colleagues, including Supervisor, on service reporting and product demonstrations, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. 

• Be open to tackling ad hoc projects and seizing opportunities to learn and grow within the exciting world of medical technology. 

Requirements:

 

Our Client is looking for someone who: 

• Holds a Degree or Higher Diploma in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with a keen interest in medical technology. 

• 2+ years of experience in servicing or engineering medical devices, specifically laser-based technologies. 

• Embraces a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating continuous learning, self-motivation, and team spirit. 

• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken).

• Navigates the digital world like a pro with strong PC skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
