Our Client is a globally renowned Manufacturing company. They are now looking for a Security Manager to join their team and contribute to the ongoing protection and safety of their operations.
Job Description:
Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures, and strategies to safeguard the company's assets, employees, and visitors.
Manage and oversee security operations at the factory, including access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and physical security measures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.
Monitor and investigate security incidents, prepare incident reports, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Develop and deliver security awareness programs and training to educate employees on security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as local law enforcement agencies and relevant government authorities.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging security technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company's security posture.
Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline).
Proven work experience as a Security Manager or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and protocols, with a strong understanding of physical security systems and technologies.
Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and standards related to security and safety in China. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective security strategies.
Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to lead and develop a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
