Our Client is a globally renowned Manufacturing company. They are now looking for a Security Manager to join their team and contribute to the ongoing protection and safety of their operations.



Job Description:


  • Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures, and strategies to safeguard the company's assets, employees, and visitors.

  • Manage and oversee security operations at the factory, including access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and physical security measures.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.

  • Monitor and investigate security incidents, prepare incident reports, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Develop and deliver security awareness programs and training to educate employees on security protocols and emergency response procedures.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as local law enforcement agencies and relevant government authorities.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging security technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company's security posture.



Requirements:


  • Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline).

  • Proven work experience as a Security Manager or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and protocols, with a strong understanding of physical security systems and technologies.

  • Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and standards related to security and safety in China. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective security strategies.

  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to lead and develop a team.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
