Our Client is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to contribute to their success. As part of their team, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and developing the sales organization, driving profitability and market growth.
Expand our customer base within existing product lines and drive increased market share across all product categories.
Develop innovative sales strategies and action plans to enhance short and long-term sales performance and maximize earnings.
Lead and inspire a sales team, ensuring they achieve department goals. Propose dynamic sales strategies to the department head based on market conditions.
Execute sales activities in alignment with targets and plans, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Engage in negotiations with customers, tracking the specific implementation of orders, and promptly reporting market information to department heads and purchasing teams.
Form 7 / HKDSE / Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies, Marketing, or related disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years' solid experience with knowledge of key account management and key channels structure.
Strong background in integrated food sales and business management.
Results-oriented with a keen eye for data and strong analytical skills.
Proficient in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
PC proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
Candidates with substantial resources in key accounts, such as supermarkets, food markets, and restaurants, are strongly preferred.
