Our Client, a leading company in the innovative electronic industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to join their team. 


As their Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth while applying your operational knowledge and passion in the semiconductor industry. 


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the semiconductor industry.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on clients in the electronic and electrical fields.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on components to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the smooth execution of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.

  • Travel regularly to visit clients, attend industry events, and conduct business negotiations when required.



Requirements:


  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, with a strong focus on the semiconductor industry.

  • Solid understanding of quality assurance processes, component inspection, automation machine and compliance standards.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field is preferred.

  • Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

  • Multicultural background with working experience in Asia, demonstrating an understanding of the Asian market dynamics and cultural sensitivities are strongly encouraged to apply.
