Job Description

  • Explore and seize new business opportunities, capitalizing on local market trends.

  • Lead a dynamic team to achieve remarkable product category expansion and drive substantial revenue growth.

  • Shape the business development plan, oversee sales management, and spearhead the expansion of product categories.

  • Identify and collaborate with key industry stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships and unlock new business prospects.

  • Implement innovative product marketing and service management strategies to elevate our client's business development goals and enhance its competitive edge through impactful marketing events, customer visits, and cutting-edge product packaging design.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by conducting comprehensive market research, gathering industry news, and monitoring market environment changes.

  • Take charge of mentoring, training, and developing talented individuals within the organization, fostering a high-performance culture.


  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG/F&B industry, including a track record of at least 5 years in leading teams to success.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of local market trends, showcasing your ability to navigate and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Excel in business communication and negotiation, using your skills to forge impactful partnerships and drive results.

  • Showcase fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Leverage your proven market insight and strategic thinking to identify untapped potential and chart the course for success.

  • Exhibit exceptional resource integration capabilities, business promotion skills, and a keen service awareness to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
