Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and promote product solutions during customer engagement. Assist in identifying, addressing, and cultivating sales leads and opportunities.
Understand the business requirements of clients and propose solutions involving networking, internet, SD-WAN, data centers, and more to customers and global partners.
Approach customers with confidence and address all their technical issues.
Provide project solution design, deployment planning, business model support, and budget formulation. Prepare presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals during the pre-sales stage.
Participate in trade shows and events, responsible for interfacing with customers and promoting products.
Support ongoing product management activities, such as gathering customer and market intelligence, analyzing product performance, and identifying optimization opportunities for Networks, PTP, SD-WAN, IP, Router, and other product components.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and technological advancements to continuously enhance the product solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
Min 8 years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry is a MUST;
Familiar with Networking/ PTP/ SD-WAN/ MPLS/ IP/ Router;
Experience and knowledge in China internet connectivity and telecom network infrastructure is a plus;
Excellent written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and present effectively in professional settings
