Job Description:


  • Deliver comprehensive pet nutrition training to new associates as part of their induction process.

  • Develop and implement training programs specifically designed for Consumer Care advisors and Sales Representatives (Advocacy & SPT) to ensure effective advocacy.

  • Create and continuously update training materials for all product trainings, including tailored content for new product launches and specific functional requirements.

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with influential Key Opinion Leaders within the veterinary community.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with key industry and professional bodies.

  • Actively participate in global and regional Scientific Affairs Community of Practice.

  • Provide valuable veterinary consultancy on business-critical projects assigned by the Cluster GM/Leadership Team.

  • Assist with Veterinary New Product Development (NPD) discussions as and when required



Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic or a veterinary background.

  • Strong training skills for both internal and external training initiatives.

  • Proficiency in oral and written English and Cantonese. Other languages, a plus.

  • Excellent grasp of product knowledge and its application in the field.
